8. SMS / Text Messaging Communications
Program description: If you opt in, Vita Wellness by C.J. will send recurring
automated text messages to the mobile number you provide. These may include
appointment confirmations and reminders, consultation and order updates, and
occasional wellness promotions.
Consent: Message consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
By opting in, you confirm the mobile number provided is yours.
Opting out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the
number from which you received messages. After you send STOP, we will send a
confirmation and then stop sending messages. You may re-subscribe at any time by

receive service-related communications such as confirmations and reminders by
email or phone. Marketing communications are sent only with consent and may be
opted out of at any time.
